Joint Control Board (External Board members)
- The JCB meets twice a year to receive a back brief on IPSTC activities and issue directives.
- The Chairperson is ACDF OPD&T.
- Observers are welcome.
- Financial transparency.
- Shared decision making and responsibility for the future.
Centre Management Board (Internal)
- The CMB meets on a quarterly basis.
- The Chairperson is Director IPSTC.
- The members are the two Commandants, the Head of Departments and key staff officers.
