JAPANESE AMBASSADOR TO DJIBOUTI VISITS IPSTC

H.E Otsuka Umio, Japanese Ambassador to Djibouti paid a courtesy call to Brigadier Joyce C Sitienei, the Director International Peace Support Training Centre.
The aim of the meeting was to discuss strategic areas of partnership to enhance capacity building in the region. He was accompanied by Defence Attaché Japan to Kenya, Commander Takao Katsumata.
