The agreement was formalized by IPSTC, represented by Director Brigadier Joyce Sitienei, and RECSA, represented by Executive Secretary Mr. Jean Pierre Betindji. This collaboration underscores their shared commitment to advancing the Peace and Security Agenda both regionally and globally.

In her remark, Brigadier Sitienei reflected on the longstanding and fruitful relationship between IPSTC and RECSA. She noted, "IPSTC has interacted and worked closely with RECSA for several years. This relationship has been so seamless and natural that one might think we already have a formal agreement in place. Just this quarter, for example, we successfully executed courses such as Physical Security and Stockpile Management, as well as Training for Women in Ammunition Management."
RECSA 3
The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding further solidifies the commitment of both institutions to continue their collaborative efforts in promoting peace and security, and it opens the door for even greater impact in the future.
