FAREWELL CELEBRATION FOR OUTGOING FRENCH DEFENCE ATTACHÉ

IPSTC staff bid farewell to Defence Attaché (DA) France to Kenya, Lt Col Mark de Block. In her speech, Director IPSTC Brigadier J C Sitienei acknowledged the Government of France's support and invaluable contribution.
“The continued partnership with the Government of France has contributed significantly to capacity building in peace and security in the region and Africa,” she reiterated. She also congratulated the incoming DA, Lt Col Denis Brisset on his appointment and wished him a fruitful tenure.
