Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Skills Training Course

The Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Skills Training Course for Marsabit County was conducted in the format of a Mobile Training Team (MTT) in Marsabit Town from 18th to 21st February 2019.

The aim of the course is to enhance understanding of livelihood dynamics, strengthen organizational management and entrepreneurship skills of women peace-builders. The 58 participants are Women Peace-builders drawn from Marsabit County who either have been trained in Community Peace Building at the International Peace Support Training Centre (IPSTC), Nairobi, in 2016/2017 or are actively involved in Community Peace-Building through Community Based Organizations (CBOs)/Self-Help Groups (SHGs) operating in Marsabit County.
