We are hosting the United Nations Certified Instructor Development Course at our headquarters in Karen.
This 3-week course has 24 participants from 9 Police Contributing Countries, who have been selected to enhance their training delivery and mentoring skills.
The aim of the program is to identify qualified trainers for the delivery of Training-of-Trainers Courses within the United Nations framework.
During the course, participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with newly developed job-specific materials and practice the delivery of innovative programs.
This hands-on experience will help them refine their training techniques, ensuring they are well-prepared to train future generations of peacekeeping personnel.
As we strive for a more peaceful and secure world, IPSTC recognizes the critical role that well-trained instructors play in shaping the skills and knowledge of peacekeepers.
