NATIONAL TREE GROWING DAY

On 10th May we united with the nation on National Tree Growing Day, planting over 2000 trees to honor those affected by recent floods. Recognizing the critical role of tree planting in addressing the climate crisis, this day underscores the importance of sustainable, long-term solutions.

Led by Director Brigadier Joyce Sitienei, the initiative contributes to the KDF's ambitious goal of producing 80 million seedlings and planting 50 million trees.

This commitment to environmental sustainability is evident in IPSTC's ongoing efforts, having already planted 9500 trees since 2022.
